Due to several reasons, over some of which we have had little control, the Chief Editor has decided to delay the publication of what would have been the Winter 2012 issue of Collective Fallout. Instead of publishing two issues this year, Volume Four will consist of only a single volume. The issue will appear in the Summer of 2012, after our Feb – May reading period.
